- Hayley G Added November 18, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I tried to submit this feedback via the subway website, but was unable to as I didn't get a receipt, so my only other option is through here. The food was fine, this is a review of the customer service experience I just encountered. The female staff member who was working at around 4pm on Monday the 20th July didn't even acknowledge me as I came in. All I got as I walked up to the counter was, "What do you want?" the whole process seemed as though it was a burden for her to have to serve customers. At POS she didn't ask me if I wanted anything else (I actually wanted a drink but she processed it without letting me add anything else to my order) and just barked at the me total, then walked away as I paid via eftpos. No goodbye, nothing. If you don't want to serve people, don't work in customer service.
- Luke C Added November 13, 2020★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I felt so sorry for the young man serving on his own. He had 7 online orders come through so i had to wait like 10 minutes to get served. The bread i wanted was not available by then and the sub was rushed. Who ever was sitting out the back should of helped serve or make the online orders. The young man making the sandwhiches deserves a bonus in his pay for keeping his composure. I'm giving this a high star simply out of sympathy for the staff member.
