  Almost two years ago I had vinyl flooring installed over the existing floor and was very happy until the initial problem of tiles lifting occurred again. Neither owner or sub contractor who quoted and laid the flooring raised the concern of it happening again.
  I initially contacted the subcontractor 6 mths ago and he came around to look at it but seemed to have little interest in fixing the problem. He never returned. So after a couple of mths of texting him to no avail I went into the actual shop to find
  the business had sold. I can’t track down the previous owners and they are not responding to messages I have been forced to send via social media. The sub contractor is insisting I have the issues fixed myself before he will touch it. The new owners say it’s not their problem and the Head Franchise man [name removed] says it’s not Solomans’ problem either. These people and business pride themselves on being business owners for decades yet this is how they care for customers?
  Quick grab for cash in my opinion & then left high and dry.
  The money changed hands and now nobody is interested.
  Surely somewhere within this whole mess someone is liable and has insurance for this very purpose.
  Has it really come to VCAT? Legal proceedings?
  Still to this very day the subcontractor will not respond.
  So if you need new flooring, carpets or blinds give Solomon’s a big miss.

  Terrible Service. Wont answer calls, wont call back. Been waiting 3 months and still nothing. Not a warranty issue, I just want to purchase a vertical blind rail. Wouldn't recommend to anyone!!!!

  I can highly recommend using Solomon's Flooring Wodonga, From the first phone call, to our appointment for a quotation and installation, every step Andrea was very informative, efficient, continuously kept me informed and very quickly had our carpet installed. Matt did an amazing job with the installation our carpet looks sensational. Andrea and Matt both went above and beyond in their roles and we very much appreciate it my dad's home looks fabulous.
