  I had a fantastic experience in store. With the guidance of Natasha and Naomi I was able to complete the bathroom of my dreams. The ease of having everything in the one store, made this a one stop shop.

  I don't often do reviews.
  
  We had used Beaumont tiles before, first time was fantastic. No issues delivered on time, everything went smooth.
  
  I don't know if it's under new manager or what is going on but our second time around it seems customer service has taken the back seat.
  
  - Hidden charges for being in regional australia in "transport costs" so the price you get on the website is not the actual price you pay in store. If you order online you don't pay this shipping cost if you set your area correct. Frustrating you get charged more for ordering in store vs online.
  
  - If you purchase too many tiles expect a 25% restocking fee + transport costs (free at other places if using a popular tile they can re-sell.)
  
  - 3 times where advised the tiles would be delivered only for them to be 1 week later, 3 times over. This caused us to lose our contractor to another project and delay our project 4 weeks.
  
  - Tiles from the same batch where out by 3-4mm, requiring us to cut to make similar sizes so lines would match. Previous order we never had this issue with over 9 boxes of tiles.
  
  Overall we won't be using Beaumont tiles for any of our future builds with the customer service and quality control dropping from previous standards.

  Huge shout out to michelle and the girls at beaumonts. From the first moment I walked in the door they made me feel welcome and guided me through my bathroom renovation ease.
  I selected everything we needed with the help of the knowledgeable staff. Tiles, vanity and all tapware look stunning, 110% happy!

  We have recently renovated our bathroom laundry and I can’t speak highly enough of the wonderful and patient service I received from Chris. Being indecisive I spent many trips backwards and forwards with different tile choices. Chris’s professional guidance and patience helping choose was much appreciated and I am totally delighted with the finished renovation. The tiles area so beautiful and it is a joyful experience admiring them each day. Highly recommend Beaumont tiles Wodonga
