    I've been here 3 times in the last 2 weeks and the frappe machine has been down.
    Highly recommend going somewhere else if you want a frappe.

    Service was terrible. Waited for 30 minutes in drive through for 3 coffee frappes only to learn that they forgot my order. No apologies given.

    Tryed paying by maccas app i store said we were not there . Got in car and app worked this is the second time this has happened grrrrrr 15/11/20 went to order on app wouldn't work i sent my daughter in to oder they said app no working properly and can order here they said show me order number but she tried to explain app not allowing her to ,they told cant help buy , i could go in as i had my disabled daughter in car. . The west wodonga store staff were rude with the no care factor grrrr

    Extremely disappointing, in my first mouthful of my frappe I got hit with a mouthful of PLASTIC chunks. Could easily be mistaken as it looks like a piece of ice but it most definitely was not ice. Just horrible, never to return.
